Terms of Sale
Effective Date: 2 May 2025
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made via www.foreteight.co.za.
1. Products
We aim to accurately display all product descriptions, prices, and images. However, variations may occur. All items are subject to availability.
2. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment and acceptance by us.
3. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Payments
Secure payment is accepted via [list payment gateways, e.g. PayFast, PayPal, card]. We do not store card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery within South Africa on orders over R1500.
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days for local orders; 7–21 business days for international.
- International shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for duties and customs where applicable.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, standard returns procedures apply.
8. Warranty
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase, in line with South African law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
