Domestic Returns (South Africa)

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Once approved, ship the item back to us.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on customized or final-sale items.

Initiating a Return: Please contact us at [returns@foreteight.co.za] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return reference number.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on returned items must be paid by the sender before return.

- Some countries may have local consumer protection laws that offer extended return rights or require return shipping to be covered by the seller (e.g., defective goods in the EU).

- We comply with applicable local laws and encourage customers to inform us of any statutory protections that may apply in their country.

Refunds: Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds cover product value only and exclude original shipping unless the return was due to a fault on our part.
